Shipping policy

1.     Order Processing Time: We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days, however there may be shipping delays in the event of system problems.

2.     Shipping and Delivery Times:  After orders are processed for shipment, shipping inside the US may take approximately 3-10 business days.

3.     FREE Shipping Promotions: Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our standard shipping services only.

4.     International Orders: Strength of Nature doesn’t currently ship internationally.

5.     Undelivered Or Lost/Stolen Package: Once an order has shipped, Strength of Nature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

6.     Receiving Products. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

7.     About Shipping and Address Information:  Strength of Nature does not share the address information you provide for shipping purposes, other than with the relevant shipping service, such as FedEx and USPS.  If you provide address information in connection with credit card charges, that information is collected by our eCommerce site and the banking eCommerce platforms involved in your purchase (i.e. your bank/credit card company, our bank, pay pal, stripe etc.).  If you have questions about how that information is used, please contact the relevant third party.
